Can I request the repair list for my apartment building?
I’m moving out of my apartment and my landlord is accusing me of damages that I didn’t make. (A water pipe burst inside a wall – they’re claiming my washer overflowed.)
Is there any way I can request the repair list to my apartment complex to prove that this has happened several times before? And who would I request it from?
