He also pointed me to the direction of Mind Maps. Mind Maps was introduced by a guy named Tony Buzan on BBC years ago. I have not been using it for a long while.

My mentor introduced me to the free website: http://www.mindmeister.com, the Mind Maps software is so simple to use, I will recommend it to anyone. I found it very convenient for setting out the tasks and and duration of task estimated, all documented neatly. Thank you Tony.
